What Is Nervos Network?

Nervos Network is a UTXO-based Layer 1 blockchain using an extended UTXO model called the Cell model, designed to be the secure base layer for a multi-layer blockchain ecosystem. Unlike Ethereum's account model (where state is stored in contract accounts), Nervos' Cell model stores all state in discrete "cells" — similar to Bitcoin's UTXOs but with arbitrary data storage capability.
